21st Century Homes & Structures products are manufactured here in the USA at our Saratoga Springs, New York plant facilities.   Our units are built so that they can be transported to the site without special permits.  At the site a crane lifts and sets each unit in place without the worry of deflection or construction failure.

Our standard TURNKEY package includes Energy Star

appliances, furnace, plumbing & electrical hook ups, etc.

Our homes are ready for installation on your land.  Foundations must be installed according to 21st  Century Homes' specifications.  Standard delivery range is 50 miles from zip code 12866.  Fuel surcharges will apply at the current fuel rates when over 50 miles.  Pricing does not included excavation site work and foundations.
